Almost two decades ago a dream was born. Acertiva was created in 2003 with the intention of being a Market Research company attentive to satisfying the needs of its clients with tailor-made solutions. In these 19 years we have achieved many successes, but we have also learned valuable lessons.
In our history, our team has used the most traditional and the most innovative techniques. In our beginnings, data collection with paper and pencil instruments was still widely used. Soon after, digital solutions burst onto the scene with force. Today we already include Geomarketing in our history among our offer of methodologies.
The challenges have not been minor. Each project has implications that test the ability of our analysts. Meeting the objectives set with the circumstances and limitations of our region is one of the many satisfactions that we keep in our professional development.
We are faithful believers that flexibility and the constant search for new alternatives allow us to be more competitive. With the recent global health crisis, this facet of its own was put to the test. Fortunately, many changes that were catalyzed by the situation had already been successfully implemented internally.
The future is shown as an opportunity to put into practice everything learned in search of greater goals and achievements. We are sure that with the help of the entire home team we will achieve it. We want to continue pursuing the dream of being a strategic ally for those who trust us.
